Funnel Cloud over the Belmar Beach Saturday, it did not touch down to the ocean but it was a wild site it developed 3 times that I saw and just went away last about 10 mins from when I noticed it over thebeach.. I was here for the storm in 1992 noreaster. it was wild I will not stay if I think it can be worse than that
